£100 room hire £50 deposit which is refundable!* The £50 deposit will be refunded after the event only. The deposit is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. If any damages have been caused to the venue, fixtures or its fittings as a result of the event, costs to rectify the damages will be deducted from the deposit.
